Horrible staff, long line at pump because of their one-way system and staff just standing outside staring at the line. You have to go inside to pay. Then inside the rude staff member keeps telling me to stand behind the narrow plexiglass that is in between the registers (not in front of them) making it really hard to pay. Won't go here again.

Terrible service for sani-dumping. There was no running water to rinse and clean sewer hoses. Charged $7, said $5 online; they could have at least told me when I paid, or had signage that the running water was not working; that’s disgusting to not be able to rinse even the ground. I hate giving bad reviews, but the person working was not apologetic. I was needing gas too - I opted to fill my tank elsewhere.

Keep driving. Awful customer service, staff refused to fill propane tanks after 5pm even though there were multiple staff on site. The previous gas station was out of propane and co-op staff still refused to help us. Locals confirmed that they are known for being rude, etc. We will never return there if we can help it that’s for sure.

I'm doing a review on this gas station because the staff are wonderful. I visit Tofino about twice per year and I have consistently noticed great service the last three years especially and tonight in particular when getting propane (which they had run out of so I got a new full tank which I needed anyway). The attendant even checked my old empty tank to tell me how long I had on it still. Well done!

I was in to use the facilities for my camper van and Tina the manager was extremely helpful! The camper life is all very new to me and Tina never once made me feel less than adequate for not knowing what I was doing. I appreciated very much the time she took to help teach me how things work. Thanks Tina!

Even though it's advertised on their site, there is no car wash here.One in Ucluelet does have a car wash - outdoor station being 24/7!

Auto propane is set as 2.97$/LGas and go Tofino is 89 cents/LUcluelet coop gas station 1.39$/LUcluelet petro Canada 1.04$/LCan someone explain why it is more then double the price of everywhere else on the island? This is pure and simple theft

run away! This service station should be sued for fraud! take advantage of the oil crisis like that is very dishonest! moreover, they did not warn us of the exorbitant prices before the checkout!
